My Galaxy S9 phone was dropped from around 150 feet onto concrete. I had a micro SD card installed. What photos can be recovered and how? Can apps be transferred to a new phone?
Depends on what kind of damage the phone took. You can always out the SD card into your PC to see what is on there. You don't want to copy apps to a new device. Especially from a device that far beyond the support window because it is going to cause you so many issues, you are going to need to do a factory reset without a restore to eliminate them. You can try connecting the device via USB to your PC to see if it can connect to the device to access any files on it you might want.
