Copies of signed paperwork

We switched to TMobile the Wednesday before Thanksgiving in 2023 and never received copies of what we signed at the store on an iPad.  I have asked 3 times and I am told each time, that copies will be sent to my email. I continue to wait.  

Why am I interested in the copies? Because when we signed up we were told that we would receive $800 towards the purchase of our phones (all android) . I called about it shortly after the first of the year and was told it could take a few cycles for the credits to appear.  Our contract is about ready to end and I can’t seem to get answers.
