Charge for Canada and Mexico
Why am I being charged $19 a month for Canada and Mexico if It's free on my plan? I need my money back.
All billing related questions need to be addressed with Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line. You can also message T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter/X to have someone look into your billing question as well.
