Carrier update message
I keep getting a message on my Android phone saying there is a new carrier updat with a button to press. Should updates come from T-Mobile? Tom
not always no. so in this case it might be a OS update or a security patch..which device is it?
I am very suspicious of messages that do not indicate the origin. It could be genuine, but i am asking if others see this.
I went to the settings, system and see “Congratulations! A new software update is available for your device”. It sounds bogus. Shouldn’t it identify my device or my os or something?
