Cant change carrier at this time
Hi I just got a Samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5g and added my T-Mobile phone as a esim but after a few minutes of using it my phone has a pop up saying it cant change carriers at this time its a factory u...
Does the model number of the device end in U or U1? This isn't always the the most reliable way to tell as the firmware can be changed, which has no impact on the SIM lock/unlock state. However, if it was sold new and unopened and ends in a U. All U models do SIM lock to the first pSIM or eSIM put in the device.
