App not working
I cannot access one of my apps that’s worked perfectly in the past. I get a message saying the app ‘has stopped’. I uninstalled and reinstalled but continue to get same error message. Any ideas?
Thank you…..I did contact the app developer and they are working on getting it resolved. I have an older phone but it meets all of the requirements listed by the developer.
which app is it? and if its the only app not working you might opt to contact the dev of the app to see whats going on. you can probably hop into the play store, pull up that app and check the comments for your device and see a bunch of people posting about current issues with it.
