adding purchases to tmobile account not working

I used to be able to charge my monthly subscriptions (hbomax, hulu, photo editor, etc) to my tmobile account.  And it just stopped working.  It now says it's disabled for each app and when i try to enable, it says it can't for to settings on the account and this error code OR-DRPSAR-01 shows up.  Has anyone else had this issue and knows what it is? The tmobile rep i was chatting with was not about to help
