Account suspension
I paid a $22 restoration fee to have my account restored after missing a deadline for a payment arrangement. I got a message from t-mobile saying my account was restored. With the restoration I was then able to set up a payment arrangement for this month. After my account being restored and me setting up a payment arrangement, I jus received another message from t-mobile saying my line has been suspended?

All billing related issues need to be addressed with Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line (even when it is suspended) or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on either Facebook or Twitter/X.
