worst experience with customer service

I have had the worst experience I have been a customer for years and I literally wish I could cancel and go somewhere else. I did t know upgrading a phone could be so annoying they have me running back and fourth to ups because they keep making mistakes on my orders it’s really annoying and the representatives do t see how annoying g it is to take time out of my work day yo be returning these orders but when it comes to the bill TMobile is so quick to charge!
