Worst cs rep ever had the name crayon or Dianne

I could barely hear her.  She talked like she was eating something the entire time. It was so hard to tell. She was extremely rude and acted like she was entitled. When I could hear her I definitely heard corner or I will beat you..... I disconnected the call after that. I'm going to Verizon now. Her name was the oddest. I needed her to repeat it multiple times at first I thought it was Crayon iceberg and then It was Dianne Ballturd, another time she said Chaima mille somethinggerg. This was the last straw good bye T-Mobile I'm going to Verizon where they don't have people named dolphin turds.
