Why Is TMobile Support So Difficult?
I have tried by tmobile messenger, and by phone, to talk to someone about a simple question of additional cost to add an ipad to my existing account. I waited for a very long time, and in both cases, these persons who are clearly oversees, could not help me with the most basic questions.
It used to be that we could talk to someone in the United States, from whom English was their first language. Now we can barely understand the person we are talking to, and they never have the ability to answer or solve problems.
I have had enough! After 5 years with Tmobile, I am looking for a new cell service provider.

Have you tried signing into your mytmobile account then adding a line for the iPad? That will give you the cost of the line. You don't need to complete the purchase just empty the cart.
