you know what really sucks? your mindset .. you are calling customer service because you need help, not just with your bill, your device or your network but because you want all things to be done in just a snap of your finger! come on it’s 2025. blaming customer service representative is basically some sort of being close minded, why? because when you are calling customer service, all you wanted to know and all you wanted to hear are the things that is pleasing to your ears, but do not care about how the customer service representative works hard to provide a resolution to your concern and how to deliver an excellent customer service experience, CSRs are also human, they made mistake at some times but they are trying their best to have it corrected, you just have to give them a chance. You are calling for something that is impossible to resolve and you are expecting them to resolve your concern immediately? CSRs are following process and policy they can’t do magic.

T-Mobile stinks don't waste your time move to a real company as quickly as possible you will be better off at Verizon wireless or ATT for sure

No one can explain to me why their website advertises a $99 Galaxy Ultra watch, but when I try to purchase it, the price skyrockets to $650.

You need to sign into your MyTmobile account since that was most likely new customer pricing promo.

There is more than likely some sort of promotion to get it for the $99 price. Whether or not you qualify for that price can depend on a number of things. You can contact Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line for more information.

after more then 20 years am changing to verizon have argued with them for hours they sent me router does not work have sos service most of time my phone service is horrible after i change will folllow up with corporate nasty supervisorsn after hrs on hold have hung up on me they should be ashamed

Getting a refund out of these scammers is nearly impossible. We've spent over 9 hours total on calls with them over the course of a month, every so called "account manager" promises to resolve the issue and every time the issue does not get resolved. The promised callbacks are ignored and the service continues to decline. Best is to dispute it with your CC company or pass it on to an attorney, which is what we're in the process of doing. They can deal with the Scam-Mobile.

I agree - service is terrible!
I called about the refund about 10 times!!! they refund $$ by depositing it to my account and than they added the same amount to my T-Mobile account and suspended my account to force me to pay right away! So, I paid. When I called - again, I was promised it was a mistake and $$ will be refunded next time - guess what - no refund!
