Why can't I buy something for sale at TMobile

Trying to buy a phone, I get an error message AND THERE IS NO WAY TO GET ANY HELP!!! And don’t tell me to use a different browser or clear my cache, I’m sick of hearing it!! This isn’t the probem!! I can’t imagine the amount of disappointed  consumers there are, not to mention the loss of customers. No one at TMobile seems to care, so, I will take my money elsewhere. This is the worst online experience I have ever had!
