Useless customer service.
My services were restricted today. I made a payment arrangement to have my services restores but they were. I tried calling, and using the chat. Any time I tried to call, the call wouldn't go through...
if you cant contact them by calling. contact them thru their facebook or twitter account. you will reach support higher up on the support line this way and should be able to resolve your problem faster
