Useless customer service.

My services were restricted today. I made a payment arrangement to have my services restores but they were. I tried calling, and using the chat. Any time I tried to call, the call wouldn't go through. The chat, when I finally got connected was useless. I was just given a number ans told to call it or find time in my busy schedule to find a t-mobile store to have my services restored. I explained that I couldn't make calls because I have no service. I was told to use someone else's phone. I'm not paying for this service to have to use someone else's phone. My dad was the account holder. I sent in info on the 29th of August to have the account changed over to my name. But they never did anything with it. So now I am being punished because they didn't do their job and I have to figure out a way to fix it. Customer service for sprint has dropped since t mobile took over. I wouldn't recommend this provider to my worst enemy.

    if you cant contact them by calling. contact them thru their facebook or twitter account. you will reach support higher up on the support line this way and should be able to resolve your problem faster
