usage history
It would be very helpful to have usage history - calls and messages - for all lines on my account going back to 2015. Or earlier.
What is the best way to acquire this?
You need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you or you can call Tmobile suport from your phone.
