Upgrade
Hello, I'd like to upgrade my phone, however, when placing an order for pick up, I am being charged a $35 activation fee. May I get that removed? I do not need activation services, I would only like the phone itself.
Unfortunately, this fee is one of the new normal fees charged on all new device purchases. You can try asking Customer Care to waive.it but they more than likely will not.
