Upgrade offer Go5G Plus Military not showing up

I’m attempting to upgrade my device on the website, but the only offer showing up is the $500 offer, not the $1000 offer based upon the trade in model/condition. Is there a way to upgrade online or will I need to do this on the phone/in-store?
