Unlock my phone S24 paid off
Hi, trying to transfer my phone and number to xfinity, I obtained a Port out pin. I paid the remaining amount owed on my phone, but it's still not unlocked. IMEI 358234211836088
You can request the permanent SIM unlock from the Settings or the T-Mobile Unlock app. Which ever your device came with. Make sure you request the SIM unlock before you port out. All of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements need to be met before the device is eligible to be SIM unlocked.

After paying off the phone it will take some time for it to show as paid off.
