unexplained fee
I am enrolled in the senior plan (two lines) autopay, which bills my Visa Card $70 each month.
On my November Visa statement there was an additional $5 charge for “prepd web.”
On my December Visa statement there was an addtiional $10 charge for “prepd autopy”
These were not discounts or credits. They were additional charges to my Visa bill.
Why?
No one here has access to your account. This is primarily a peer help forum for customers. Those might be pro rated feels from you switching your plan for each line. Customer Care would be able to explain those fees to you because they can access your account.
