two numbers for one device?
When my husband and I switched from Verizon we ported our existing numbers. T-Mobile says we also have a second number for each device. How do I access the number and use it on my device?
What I believe you are talking about is a temporary number assigned so you can use the phone during the porting. If you call one phone from the other and you see the number you ported from Verizon displayed, the temporary number has been withdrawn. If you see a different number, that’s your temporary number. Try calling it back and see what happens.
