Trade in Promo credit for upgrade
I’m looking to upgrade one of my lines and get an $800 promotional credit for my trade in, but when you call in they tell me thats wrong and its only $400 even after showing them what i am being offered. I called customer care on friday and this offer is still being shown to me on monday.
Try contacting TMobile using messenger on one of Tmobile's social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter the also are a higher tier of support.
