Trade in device: storage and color does not match
Hi,
I am new to T-Mobile; I just signed up a new line with the free iPhone 14 promo by trading in an iPhone Xr. I gave the imei number to the online chat agent, and as I am preparing to ship the Xr back, I noticed in the description the color and most importantly, storage is different. I am trading in Coral 64 GB but description says Black 128 GB. Can I still trade in even though the IMEI numbers match? will I get the full promotional trade-in credits?
My guess is that they will adjust the trade in but try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can answer this question.
