Tmobile lost my returned devices, now I'm being charged.

Hello, recently upgraded 4 devices in Nov-Dec and Tmobile has lost 2 of those 4 devices. I've called in multiple times to make sure they are aware it's their problem and have been assured they are working on it but now those 2 lines are showing past due amounts because Tmobile is NOT taking care of it.

Any suggestions on how to escalate this to get it fixed? I've called in at least 4 times and they claim they have notes of calls but its feels like I'm describing the situation over and over.

Reconsidering my long time account with Tmobile due to this...

  • I'd recommend contacting (escalating) through T-Mobile's social media (not the community forums), or possibly the BBB.
