T mobile is a scam
Very greedy company now. They signed me up to basically pay for dummy accounts had protection plan for over the years to dummy accounts. Losing so much $$ it’s not funny they only gave me $70 abs said that’s all I can do. I literally can’t wait to leave 3 more payments remaining. Customer service & managers are useless. T mobile is hell!
I was scammed by them too. Was told it would cost $90 per month switching over from Metro PCS. We used to pay $120 but got Pr1me for free, this saves us $15 ($30 cheaper but have to buy Pr1me).
Well, in actuality, it's $126.54! So it's MORE EXPENSIVE and we don't even get Prime for free! I want to switch back but it sounds like a hassle. ugh.
