suspended

it never tried taking my payment out and i forgot when i needed to pay the second part of my payment plans because this month has been crazy. why am i being charged an extra $20 for a suspended line? yall could’ve emailed earlier in the day to give an extra heads up. then if i call to talk to someone they are going to charge an extra $10 or so to be able to assist me 

  • Calling 611 or sending a DM to T-Mobile via Facebook or Twitter are the best ways to get any billing related issues dealt with.

  • I’ve had great luck when calling 611. I even had to text 611 recently because my speaker isn't working. They’ve been helpful and nice every time with no $10 fee. Please keep up the great customer service T-mobile.
