someone please help
Does anyone know why I can’t get a phone online. It keeps telling me to call customer service. Instead of just allowing me to buy a phone online
IMHO the best way to get your question answered would be to call and see what the issues is.

they might need to confirm that its in fact you trying to upgrade the device.
You won’t be able to purchase online until the phone is paid off.
