how can I track my rebate

Good luck. We have been trying to get the ‘keep and switch rebate’ since January of this year. It’s now May. Every week a rep says the rebate card has been sent as digital rebates are not available, (phone reps say digital has not been working since January.) Clearly the rebate is never coming but their reps are apparently trained to tell their customers that the check or card is in the mail. Yeah, right!! Horrible way to do business.

T mobile promised rebate is fraud. They advertise they will pay off your phones after you switch to their service. I transferred service from ATT and submitted all of the forms with receipts. I have called many times and received different responses but no rebate. First told it is coming. Next told that only 1 phone received rebate and the card was sent. I have received nothing. I tell the rep this and I am sent a link for the rebate but this does not work because I have no card number to enter. I have worked on this for months and it is very disappointing. I think T mobile deliberately makes the process so difficult that people will just give up. But this isn’t right. It is fraud, false advertising. I suspect most people have similar experience. Please communicate if you have a similar problem.

First and foremost, I left Verizon 30 something days ago to switch to this dreaded company. I brough over 4 lines and 3 of the phones we owned, they had a great rebate going on that if you bring your phone but still have installments, they will pay it off up to $800.00. I was like score Verizon was going up and this was a better price point for me. I got the service started the rebate process and a rep called me on 07/02/2024 and validated everything I submitted. EVERYTHING on the switch2t-mobile.com said card typically takes up to 15 days. Great well 15 days comes and goes and nothing my tracker still showed pending validation. I started calling and was told oh its fine 24-48 hours and you will have the card every 24-48 I was having to call back and was being told the same LIES. I was told that I needed to read the terms and familiarize myself with them that it says it takes 15-30 days. I said tell me where, the rep read it on the phone and said oh that's odd it should say 15-30 days. He then proceeds to tell me that it will take 30 days. I said well that's unacceptable seeing as to how were already on day 29. I was told today that the card is there and now I'm going to have to wait an additional 7 days to get the funds. BE AWARE THEY DONT WANT TO PAY YOU FOR WHAT THEY ARE PROMISING. Its lie after lie. its 100% false advertising. I also was given an employee id to try to talk to the same rep and the next employee told me that employee id didn't exist and that they couldn't get me back in touch with the same rep.

The exact thing happened to me!!! I transferred 7/08/2024. Now they are telling me I’m not eligible for some of the rebates I was promised because I did not read the fine print! T-Mobile just scammed me and I left Verizon after being with them for 20 years! Plus T-Mobil service is really bad in my area too!

T-Mobile is a scam!! There are no rebates
