Customer Care, the T-Force Team, or an in-store employee should be able to help you with that. The PIN is something the Primary Account Holder (PAH) sets up to secure the account. If you are the PAH and don’t remember it. Then Customer Care, T-Force, or someone in-store can reset that for you with the appropriate verification.
