Phone never recieved but being charged
I ordered a iPhone 13 months ago and it was delivered to the wrong address. I spoke to T-Mobile who said contact UPS. UPS told me to contact T-Mobile. After all the trouble, T-Mobile told me there is nothing they can do. I never received this device and need this escalated so it can be removed from my bill. What should I do?

same exact thing happen to me and I have been fighting for a month with T-Mobile and they still won't refund me. Horrible experience.
