Payoff of old phone.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S23 when I signed with T-Mobile.  They switched  me to a Samsung Galaxy S24 with financing.  Gave me directions to get my $450 for my S23  refunded.  HAS NEVER HAPPENED.  How can I get my money??

    Did you follow the directions that you needed to complete?  Most EIP trade-ins give you a credit over 24 months towards the new device.  Could this be what happened?  You can always reach out to Customer Care at 611 or send T-Mobile a DM on Facebook or Twitter to further inquire about how that refund works or if it was directly applied to the new device already in some way.
