Obtaining Text messages
I was wondering if there was a way to get the actual text conversations between two numbers (one belonging to the account and one not belonging to the account) for just a specific timeframe. I spoke to an attorney who said you should be able to get this. The one phone is on a family account plan.

Your going to need to get a warrant or have physical possession of the phone. The lawyer should of known this. Get another lawyer.
