no SIM notification/ need cellular QR code

Hi, I’ve recently got a notification that says, “No Sim.” I’ve checked my sim card, which looks fine but I’m not sure if a replacement is what I should be looking for. My cellular data also turned off and a QR code is required to turn it back on, how do I get access to this QR code?
