No print option for payment confirmation
For years I have been saving the payment conformation info on the webpage by using the print option under File in my browser which has an option to save it as a PDF. I don't trust systems to operate at 100% all of the time so I document everything I do online. This month, 6/7/25, they updated the website so now the confirmation and authorization numbers are hidden and are in a stupid popup box and won't show up under the browser print option. So now I have to take 2 screen prints of the transaction confirmation. Most other websites I use have print options on their websites to document the payment. Perhaps this is more psychological blackmail to promote the autopay option.
I don't want to be told to use autopay because I don't want my info stored on T-Mobile.com. The autopay at Florida Blue and USAA have both gone rogue and the Florida Blue event drained $1000s out of people's bank accounts. Plus T-Mobile already gave all my other info to the dark web through the August 2021 breach as McAfee Identity Theft Monitoring and Experian both told me in 2/2022 they found my social and drivers license numbers on the dark web because of the T-Mobile breach, something that I will have to deal with until the end of my days. I have to keep all my credit frozen and monitor everything nonstop. Plus all the experts are now saying not to leave payment info on websites.

You can download your bills in PDF format through your my.t-mobile.com account. You might want to consider a different program for your screen captures that can scroll while capturing so you get the entire page. I use SnagIt and have for the better part of a decade. It makes archiving things like a forum thread into one continueous screenshot as easy as a few clicks.
