no one speaks english!
I had some issues with my billing, as they are saying a payment was missed. That's not the case; money was indeed drafted from my account.
I called to try to get this resolved, but no one is an English native speaker, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I cannot understand a dang thing these people are saying, and every time I ask to be transferred to someone who speaks English, they send me to someone who speaks worse than the previous representative. I have been transferred over 10 times, each time worse than the last. I have been at it for 2 days.
I was told there is no way I can be transferred to speak with someone in the U.S.

How do you know they aren't from the USA since this country has a lot of different people with different accents.
