New Line
Why is it that every time I try to add a new line I don’t get the option to do monthly payments? It’s only giving me the option to pay in full.

Are you a postpaid customer and signed in while trying to order a new line with device? Taxes and fees must be piad upfront when ordering a new device while the remainder of the balance is paid over the finance term. Customer Care and or the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter can tell you why you are not seeing the monthly option. No one here has access to your account as this is promarily a peer help forum.
