How do you get a Supervisor to return a call? I have two iPhones on order and they say on T Mobile website they shipped September 23rd. After 4 calls to support and 4 different excuses/responses (over 2 hours on those calls) I have no idea if they are still ordered, when they might arrive or if they are lost in shipping. On the last two calls they promised a Supervisor would call back and no Supervisor ever called.
Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support than calling th to them.
