Need Help with my "Pay as you go plan"
Hello. I'm writing from Germany, so please excuse any mistakes. I've had a $3 "pay as you go" plan for my trips to the US for a long time (since 2013/2014). I regularly top it up with $10 every three months and now have $222.66 in credit. If I understand correctly, this plan is now expiring, but I don't want to switch to a monthly plan. What happens if I don't switch? Will my balance expire? Can I cancel, and if so, what happens to my balance? I read about "Gold status," but how do I know if I have it? I would be very grateful if someone could explain what I need to do.
Thank you, Olli.

Is there no way to do it without a plan? So, you only pay for MB used, calls, etc. based on usage? We have something like that. If I book a plan now, the cheapest one is $10/month (+ taxes & fees), whatever that means. And what happens if I don't book anything? My SIM card expires, and so does the balance?

Unfortunately prepaid funds are non refundable so you will need to change it to another prepaid plan.
