My phone is shut off. How can I turn it back on? No service
So I am confused. I did say I planned on cancelling my phone service but I did not specify when. I am unable to use my phone. How do I fix this?
Give Customer Care a call at 611. The call should go through regardless. You can also reach out to T-Mobile by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter.
