MY EXPERIENCED
Hello my name is Willie Thames and when I first switched over to T-MOBILE from AT&T.Well when i was in store getting my new service the representative at the store didn't set up everything and he told me that I had to do it myself but how am I going to set anything up when I'm vision impaired (IM BLIND) OK AFTER THAT TWO MONTHS GO BUT AND EVERYTHING IS GOING GREAT IM LOVE THE SERVICES UNTIL MY BILL GO UP AND UP AND I KEPT CALL AND EVERYTIME I CALL TO SEE WHY MY BILL KEPT GOING UP AND THEY ALL GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND I EVEN HAD A REPRESENTATIVE TO GO ON MY ACCOINT TO CHANGE MY STUFF AROUND WITH MY PERMISSION I HAD TALK SOMEONE FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND HE LIED TO ME AS WELL HE SENT ME A IPAD IAND I WAS STILL CHARGER FOR IT WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS NIT GOING TO BE CHARGER FIR IT....
