Multi devices

Hello,

My account ha been switched from sprint to T-Mobile and I don’t have access to my two other devices, please get it fixed. The sprint account was so better than this new account, and it had ability to chat to solving the issues. 

  • you have chat in here as well..just gotta go up to the “my account” drop down..sign in...then the chat feature should pop up.

     

    you can also try contacting them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..
