Im trying to get my mom's account right every month i have to call cause some one has messed up the account

The best oerson to deal with their account, is the Primary Account Holder (PAH). All billing related issues need to be addressed with Customer Care, by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line. As an alternative, you can reach out to T-Mobile via a DM on X or Facebook.
