Lied to about plan and cost.

On Feb 23rd 2023, I called in looking to save money on my home internet. The rep explained the only way to do that was to change plans. I indicated i do not want to change plans. He said let me explain after his explanation of how he could save $29/month on my bill by switching and how it would not take effect until March 8 and that I would also receive paramount plus for a year by switching. I reluctantly switched my plan. March 8th came and on March 9th I called in. After 45 mins with a rep who could not understand me i hung up and called back in. The new rep saw the notes in the activity and informed me I was now going to pay more because I switched my plan. I explained my situation and was informed I could not go back to my old plan. So I now have a higher bill for a service I did not want. I do not want to switch carriers but if we cannot get this fixed I will have to good bye to T-mobile and I have been with them for some time. So to recap; I was lied to, to switch my plan, which i was happy with my plan.

T-mobile will not allow me to go back to my plan. The rep tried her best to help me but I am still paying more. Someone please help me.
