iphone 13 pro max - where's my phone?
i pre-ordered on the 17th. we’re now sitting in october 4th. trying to figure out why when i check my order status it says “estimated to ship 9/25/-9/28” but no notification that it’s shipped. is it just sitting there…? no one seems to have a clue
I just want some clarity, really. Like if it hasn’t shipped - fine, but let me see an update. The “specialists” are like “WELP, it says it’s estimated to ship...” I’m like jesus, I can read that. I got that when I placed the order……….Do you guys know anything else?! The website doesn’t even work half of the time. Like at all….won’t load….
and if it has shipped, where’s my tracking #/UPS # so I can track it myself and leave yall out of it. Just ridiculous.

I was just about to post something but you beat me to it. This is ridiculous! I ordered 2?one was earlier in the day, the other hours later. Why was the 2nd order delivered the following Monday & I still did not have my phone!

I ordered my iPhone 13 Pro Max (128 gb) today. How long will it take to get it shipped? My estimated shipping date is 11/30/21 - 12/14/21. Does my card get charged once the phone is shipped? Thanks

Hello I ordered the my new I phone 13 pro max on Monday 11/23/2021 but have not yet received it, I was wondering if I can just go to best buy and get one from there since you guys already work with them or when can you guys ship mine? my order still says that it is being processed but would like to know if you guys can please ship it? other customers ordered it on Friday and got it on Tuesday, I am just like really T-Mobile?
