Before our account switched over from Sprint, international roaming worked as exppected.

However, the last 3 trips (to Israel, France, and Switzerland) the performance of the voice and SMS services have been poor. Some family members can receive texts, some cannot. Outbound calls rarely work. Inbound calls are hit or miss.

Data generally works, although in France Orange seemed to intentionally slow things down through latency

On the last trip, we spent over an hour with customer service to no avail
