How do i update the city in my address?
I'm trying to update my city in my profile but the system won't take it. Can a rep do it?
A Customer Care representative can get that updated for.you. You will need to call 611 from your T-Mobile device or reach out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter to have them update that for you.
