How do i solve a billing issue that Tmobile caused
So Tmobile has caused me now to shell out almost 200$ extra on a payment i made because their system screwed up and they wont solve it and are forcing me to pay it unless i get hit with extra fees ...
contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter. this will start you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents. hopefully they can look into it for you.
Yes you come on here and tell people to contact tmobile through facebook or twitter. Then tmobile puts a solved tag on the complaint. But the complaint is not solved. Only you, maybe tmobile pays you, or maybe you are a tmobile employee, but this posters problems have not been solved.
