How do I cancel a line off my account?
I have been trying to cancel a line off my account but can’t find any options online. I tried waiting for chat support but can’t get a human. Tried the callback option but the screen wouldn’t load. It’s almost as if they don’t want me to cancel my line….
I have also been trying to cancel a line on my account because I have no use for it, so when I called customer service I basically got nowhere. All they wanted to do was credit me $70 on my account as long as I kept the line active, which I told them no thank you I just need to cancel the line and yet they still have not canceled the line.
I'm sure that Tmobile is experiencing the same worker shortage that you see on the news and are probably short staff so unfortunately you need to call in to cancel a line. You can try going to a store and have them call to cancel.
