I have been waiting to speak with someone for nearly 2 hours with no success
You can always try contacting T-Mobile through Facebook or Twitter. Just make sure you send them a DM and not post on the timeline. The reply won't be instant but as their team works their way through all of the DM's, they will get to yours and reply.
