GO5G plans are no longer in the promotion details
I looked at the Samsung and Motorola promotions and the GO5G plans are no longer listed in the promotion details. Only the language below is there.
- Have or switch to an Experience More or Experience Beyond plan.
For the Samsung the GO5G are listed at the title but not on the details. For the Google and Motorola they are no where to be found. Wife wants a Motorola and at the cart it appears as Applied but when you click details my GO5G plan is not listed. I'm worried that if I order no credit will be applied.
Any thoughts???
yes certainly because T-Mobile have newest plan that is highly recommended to take advantage of, it has a lot of features and benefits that you will surely appreciate and at the same it’s a lot better when it comes to it’s price. Newest plan is your key to get more promotions that will absolutely provide you more credits ..

This is how T-Mobile 'entices' you to move to a newer plan. If you want almost any form of upgrade discount (except maybe the lowest devices), you'll need to be on the updated plans AND have a trade in often. Older plans had fees added (/line activation), and increased prices of $5/line, while newer plans 'appear' to be not much more .. they add +20/month of fees/taxes.
The old saying goes .. the grass is greener on the other side.
i agree. so if you want a better deal, then switch to the new plans now!
Keep your old plan and buy your phone directly from the manufacturer which is what I do. Cut T-Mobile out of the equation.
Unfortunately, Go5G plans are now being retured in favor of the Experience plans. You can upgrade to an Experience plan if you are interested in any of the current promotions.
